It doesn’t matter whether you’ve just started your periods or you’ve been menstruating for years, the Zozicup – like anything new – may take a little time to get used to. But once you’ve got the hang of it you won’t want to be without it.
You may get the knack first time but on average it can take up to 3 periods to get used to it.
You will need to empty your Zozicup at least every 4-8 hours, depending on your menstrual flow, and after a night’s sleep.

Zozicup comes in 2 sizes: Size S or Size L.
Size L is 3mm bigger than size S – a small difference but it is important!

The Zozicup collects up to three times more menstrual blood than a regular tampon.
The size A Zozicup can hold 29.3 millilitres, and the size B Zozicup can hold 28.8 millilitres to the rim.
The Zozicup is great for lighter days: as it’s non-absorbent it won’t cause dryness.
It holds three times the fluid of a tampon, making it great on heavier days, too.
First wash your hands. You can then take a small bottle of water into the toilet cubicle with you. Remove the Zozicup, tip the contents into the toilet bowl, rinse with a small amount of water and re-insert.
